Could the 80 million dollar fine for Walgreens be just the first shoe to drop?

That fine was because WAGS agreed that it has filled Rxs to allow C-II’s for illegal or illicit purposes… how many of these Rxs were paid for by Medicaid/Medicare/health insurance?  If WAGS has admitted to this.. shouldn’t Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance companies “claw-back” the monies that was paid to WAGS for such Rxs?
