That fine was because WAGS agreed that it has filled Rxs to allow C-II’s for illegal or illicit purposes… how many of these Rxs were paid for by Medicaid/Medicare/health insurance? If WAGS has admitted to this.. shouldn’t Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance companies “claw-back” the monies that was paid to WAGS for such Rxs?
Shouldn’t the taxpayers expect the Feds/State to recover the money paid to WAGS for these illegal/illicit Rxs?.. or is this just more fraud and abuse that the bureaucrats talk about and do little about?
