It is now reported that 22 soldiers commit SUICIDE EVERY DAY… that is over 8000/yr…. only a
TWENTY SIX FOLD INCREASE IN JUST 5 YRS.
They claim that overdose deaths by drugs has increase FOUR FOLD in a similar time frame…
AND THAT IS A EPIDEMIC

These are startling statistics! I have a pharmacist friend that had a boy that came back from Afghanistan and committed suicide. This is one ‘side effect’ of America’s perpetual wars. The cost of these wars cannot be measured in just dollars, but must also be measured in the lives they destroy.
