In my book. I would work at my own pace with ZERO errors…so I guess I wouldnt be hired there.did I ever tell you back when I was in pharmacy school and had the lab, I had been taught a 3 way check method to reduce dispensing errors..I used it in the dispensing lab and had ZERO errors and. got lectured by the lab director because I had ZERO errors, not praised, but got a negative lecture on making no errors. He was going to mark my grade down because no one in this class got out of there without making an error. So to make him happy ,I made one up to keep my A.”
