Patrick announces legislation overhauling pharmacy board

Governor Deval Patrick announced on Friday planned legislation to reorganize the state board of pharmacy to add professionals from other fields and to give the board the authority to regulate out-of-state compounding pharmacies that distribute drugs in Massachusetts.
Has anyone had to work within a system that was designed by person(s) that had no idea how the system should work?
Have you ever tried to put something together and not read the directions?
Have you ever been in a presentation or lecture that is so far over your head… that you couldn’t ask an intelligent question if you had to ?
Maybe BOP meeting should be broadcasted on C-SPAN ???…or the COMEDY CHANNEL ???

This is all we need…non-pharmacists on the pharmacy boards. Just add that to the MBA’s that are running these chains, and we will have a new name for pharmacy. It will be called a ‘farce’.
