Andrew Kolody is a pathetic psychiatrist who thinks he is a God, he wanted to get his drug put through the FDA so he lied to the CDC. He is the reason so many people have suffered without their pain medication. He should be brought up on charges of fraud and prosecuted for all the people that have died because of his actions.
It seems that AK ( not the state) has a conflict of interest as an “expert” witness in the treatment of pain management especially since I have read he is an “addiction” specialist…..NOT a pain management specialist and I don’t give a d$$$ if he comes to understand how devastating 24/7, 10 on the pain scale feels like and how it affects your life in EVERY aspect of the word……life.

Amazing how Kolodny, who claims to know “everything” suddenly knows nothing about the obscene amount of money he will be paid for his “testimony.”
He knows that he is being paid $725/hr… he doesn’t know how long and how many billable hours that he is going to be able to stretch it out to.
