Isn’t this a inducement ?

CVS pharmacies caught lying about risks of high-dose flu vaccines pushed onto senior citizens with aggressive ‘bribery’ schemes

I thought that any inducement to get a person to cause Medicare/Medicaid to expend money .. is ILLEGAL…
I forgot.. this is CVS… there seems to be very few laws that CVS consider that it applies to them.. until they get caught… then they will pay a fine while admitting no wrong doing…

  1. With all due respect here, sourcing naturalnews.com is about as effective as citing the study that linked vaccines to autism. I’m nary one to defend CVS, but this is propaganda by truthers. Look at the giant column on the right side of the page filled with shitty fake medicine if you want an attestation to the veracity of that site

Here is a CVS ad https://www.cvs.com/promo/promoLandingTemplate.jsp?promoLandingId=high-dose-vaccine

promoting the 20% discount on purchases .. if you get a flu shot…

    • Oh, I misinterpreted what we were getting upset over. I saw the link about “CVS killing seniors” and rolled my eyes about it. If we want to talk about inducements, then yes, that’s absolutely a thing that’s happening.

  2. The almighty Rite Aid has quotas for flu shots. With threats of write-ups and termination if unable to make quota. How do you MAKE someone get a flu shot? You ignore safety, regulation and ethics. Way to go Rite Aid.

  3. If CMS doesn’t know by now, then they have been vacationing on another planet….

  4. Maybe all that is needed to get them in trouble is for someone to notify CMS. But, I will not hold my breath thinking the CMS might actually do something.
