Once again .. no corporate execs go to jail.. I am beginning to think that the feds are seeing these types of fines .. just another tax revenue stream… and by letting the corporate execs “off the hook” chances are they will do something else illegal/stupid… for which the feds can hit them again for another multi-million dollar fine. I guess it just validates the law of probability.. if you wait long enough… it will happen.. and history keeps repeating !
