Dear Mr. Barron,

What exactly is your point in going after Dr.Tennant’s legitimate medical practice? He has had zero deaths, zero over-doses and zero diversion at his clinic. He has a very small practice and only takes those patients who have failed standard treatments. The patients he treats have gone through many, many different treatments and he is their doctor of last resort. Most have received treatments at the Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Stanford, etc., and the treatments for their rare diseases and injuries failed. Some were left in worse condition after surgeries, invasive interventions including implants, spinal stimualtors, spinal epidural injections, and spinal blocks. They have tried so many treatments before coming to Dr.Tennant. Many have been severely injured trying procedures to treat their pain that failed and have been left in worse pain!

What exactly is it you are looking for?

  1. Dr. Tennant was not arrested. Just to be clear about the facts before we bombard anyone. His practice was searched by DEA agents, who had obtained a search warrant. It was executed by a judge on the basis of the sworn statements (called affidavits) from a DEA agent and two non-specialist doctors.

On the basis of that warrant, DEA agents entered Dr. Tennant’s home and office and “executed” the search warrant. Which means they took patient records and financial documents and whatever was allowed by the limits of the search warrant. The DEA agents are searching through the materials they collected for evidence of wrong-doing.

Dr. Tennant has run an exemplary practice and none of his patients have ever suffered from an overdose, none have died, none have been convicted of any crimes, or of any diversion of controlled substances. In all likelihood, while the DEA will search his records, they will find no causes of action they could use to file criminal charges against Dr. Tennant.

In other words, they are fishing for information to use against him, but will very likely not find anything.

Dr. Tennant has not been arrested; his clinic is fully operational; he is still able to treat his patients and prescribe appropriate medications for them.

I hope, and firmly believe, that the DEA will not be able to find any issues with Dr. Tennant’s practice, and will have to admit they found no wrongdoing, just as they had to do after putting Dr. Lynn Webster through a similar ordeal.

This is harassing to Dr. Tennant, his family and his patients, for sure, but it’s important to remember that he has not been arrested and that no charges have been filed against him. He is an innocent man and a superlative physician. We all know he will be declared innocenct and cleared of any accusations. And then we will all celebrate! Hopefully, very soon. ♥️

  2. He won’t. If by some miracle you get a response it will be a form letter declaring the horror of ALL opiates!

  3. Just sent him a email,,asking where his M.D. licence was from, and why he thought he had the right to decide who will forcible suffer in physical pain,,,Furthermore,,,since he has decided ,, he has that right,,to arrest innocent doctors thus to deny access to effective medicine/medical care to lessen physical pain for patients for any physically painful medical conditions,,wasn’t that action in violation of thee International laws against torture?? curious to see if/how he answers that 1,,,,,,maryw
