maybe we need Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection to oversee pharmacies… apparently they take consumer protection real serious…
fined $57,305.50 at 28 CVS locations by inspectors found 37 overcharge violations. The overcharge rate for all the stores tested averaged 2.64 percent.
If over charging a average 2.64%… what kind of fine would be appropriate for mis-filling a RX ?
