Who gets to decide which patients are worthy of pain treatment? Your doctor? Or any federal agent or attorney? The answer to this question will determine the soul of medical practice in this country. Tens of thousands of Americans are dying because of government interference in the practice of medicine, while thousands of doctors are being targeted for destruction.

Nothing in this sub chapter shall be construed to authorize any Federal officer or employee to exercise any supervision or control over the practice of medicine or the manner in which medical services are provided, or over the selection, tenure, or compensation of any officer or employee of any institution, agency, or person providing health services; or to exercise any supervision or control over the administration or operation of any such institution, agency, or person.

Our gov’t is killing 1,000’s of people in Ukraine, Gaza, Arab & here. Killing is not a concern. Least of all people in pain. I don’t understand how we keep voting these people in. It’s a sorry world.
Up above, you mentioned “little laws” that are passed but are never enforced. That reminds me of the SCOTUS ruling in June ‘22. Who was to make sure the DEA left our doctors alone? Apparently nobody, and Ms. Milgrim isn’t about to take it upon herself. The DEA’s just another unelected entity that answers to nobody.
I’ve been researching and have found lots of proof that the CIA’s responsible for the “opioid crisis” and have been the biggest illicit drug dealers in our country for decades! The agency that got rid of JFK is also responsible for the torture of millions of disabled and older Americans. Who’s going to try to stop them? Nobody would be my guess.
May 2024 be our year We can’t take much more, and wouldn’t have to if we had a serious congress. They only worry about their next election. You know THEY will never wish for death because their LIFE has been stolen.
Well it would be great if this was the case but it’s obvious that our government & its agencies do not care about the harms & deaths they have created! No attorney can see their way to help either! Meanwhile the actual culprit of the opioid overdose crisis – illicit/illegal fentanyl continues to kill & poison our citizens! Patients, doctors & families also suffer immensely as the debilitating effects of abandonment & forced tapering continue! Thank you 4 all that you do to promote change!
