Due to security concerns, the Board office staff is prohibited from accessing links like the one that you provided.
I won’t say which state BOP that this came from… but it is one of the three states whose BOP’s has failed to promulgate any regulation to regulate out of state mail order pharmacies…and has a city named after a candy bar.
I think that someone once said… “…. ignorance is bliss…”… you can come to your own conclusion !

  1. the problem is these companies know that they can do what they want and just pay a small fine. What the FDA needs to do is Fine them their “small Fine” PLUS any profits the company made for their error(s). that would stop a majority of companies from doing what they want without regard to the consequences.

  2. I’d be very interested to what what the other 49 states response would be. So if you are from a state other than PA, take a minute and pass it on to the BOP. As always thank you Steve for all that you do!!!
