It would seem that a number of employees of a large chain/pbm store around Harrisburg, PA… were requested to go downtown to a certain attorney firm and “rumors have it” that they were scheduled 15-30 minutes apart. Reportedly, it was not all the employees currently working in the store, but those who were working there July 2011 and before.
Could this be the same store that Joe Zorek use to be PIC of ?… You know, Joe has already had a full day of mediation over his multi faceted lawsuit.. and apparently no settlement was agreed upon… so it looks like Joe may get his wish to take his former employer to court !
Go figure .. someone… this chain/pbm could not get to “settle/buy off” and get back to business as usual !

This is the same store that had a male technician from another store working this past weekend send text messages to female techs working the same shift… These messages were of a sexual nature….it was reported to the staff Rph working and she reported it (not known to whom)….the outcome was that he will no longer be able to work there….Doesn’t CVS have Codes of Conduct? My best guess is that most stores never report these things… The PIC is fully aware and I’m sure it will not leave the store….this keeps them off the radar. Cvs also has a strict policy on cell phones in Pharmacy.
