NABP Leads the Charge as States Tighten Ranks Around Compounding Pharmacies
To bad the NABP and the other BOP’s are not taking a interest in other issues in retail/community pharmacy that is killing/harming patients.. like staff – especially RPH’s – working without any breaks, working 12-14 hr days… often many in row, under staffing, and all the other things that contribute to medication errors.
Of course, they have not hit the national media .. like the NECC fiasco
I guess that “the problem” has to be blatantly obvious before they will consider taking any action.
IMO… their concern and focus on medication mistakes/errors is grossly UNDER WHELMING !
