Have you ever wonder why all of a sudden many states have decriminalized MJ ?
We are now approaching nearly half of the states..
The Feds recently sent instructions to banks that they could have MJ dispensaries as customers
Is it more than just a coincidence that this change is coming about as Obamacare is spinning up ?

Thanks to a decades-old law targeting drug runners, entrepreneurs in the nascent medical marijuana industry face a unique burden: an effective federal income tax rate that can soar as high as 75%.
This is around DOUBLE the highest Federal income tax for everyone else.
So is there little wonder why the Feds are turning a blind eye to MJ being ILLEGAL at the Federal level.. when states elect to make it legal..There is a potential huge “sin tax” revenue stream.
Second the issue of dealing with banks.. up until now all of these dispensaries were required to be a ALL CASH BUSINESS.. So how does the FEDS know that the owner of that dispensary is reporting all revenue if they are required to conduct business in all cash ? Opening up of the banking industry being able to accept deposits from MJ dispensaries.. it will be easier to do a IRS audit.. since there is a paper trail. We may see the day soon where MJ dispensaries are mandated to have bank accounts.
Lastly, Obamacare is having high deductibles… so if the bureaucrats decriminalizes MJ.. it is unlikely that Obamacare will pay for MJ therapy. So pts that move from legend drugs to MJ.. there is less of a chance that they will expend enough to meet their deductible.. and thus Obamacare will not have to pay out monies for services.
It now becomes the “ideal” insurance format.. you get pts to pay premiums and you have to pay out little… and the FEDS have more money to fund the infrastructure that comes along with any Federal program.
I predict that within two years nearly 90% of all states will either approve medical MJ or decriminalize MJ. Bureaucrats will be like hogs at the trough at feeding time.
