Get me a LEADER to organize and be a point of contact to me and I’ll write the complaint for you get started on a CLASS ACTION for your state.
From the leader, first I need you to provide me with 25 names (plus you) with physical address & phone number. These people can be anyone from your state, civilians, loved ones, caregivers, medical providers, or anyone who realizes how these policies will affect individual freedoms, life and liberty. If you have at least one veteran in the group, we can also target the Department of Veterans Affairs, along with your state, the CDC, the DEA and the FDA.
How you keep in touch with one another is up to you. Once I have those, I’ll start writing the document including legal precedents to back it up including the 5th and 14th Amendments. The leader is then responsible for establishing a go fund me account, get up to a 3-page document from each person NOTARIZED to include in the complaint, a log-on to the government’s PACER Court System for your region (I can explain), AND most importantly, get each of the 25 people, to find just one more person to join him/her on the complaint. The class action requires at least 40 signatures, more can be added later, and that person will provide everyone with a personal connection to discuss the case as it progresses.
What do I want in return? ZERO! NADA! NOTHING!
Just know I am not an attorney. I have had no legal training other than what I have learned with my case currently in the Sixth Circuit Court, Cincinnati, Ohio.
