42 U.S. Code § 1395 – Prohibition against any Federal interference

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to authorize any Federal officer or employee to exercise any supervision or control over the practice of medicine or the manner in which medical services are provided, or over the selection, tenure, or compensation of any officer or employee of any institution, agency, or person providing health services; or to exercise any supervision or control over the administration or operation of any such institution, agency, or person.

  1. Seee I never understood,,,why no lawyer would try and defend us or our doctors under violation of this law,,,jmo,,maryw

    • Because, they would be taking on the entire DOJ attorney staff… because the DOJ is in charge of enforcing all federal laws and the way that our legal system works, the DOJ attorney staff could bury any plaintiff’s law firm with inquiries until the end of the century.

      • Thats would be a lot of $$$$,,,to much,,and u r rite,,My husband relatives invented Ms.Champoin,,Geo- Copter,,ie the Pitcairn’s,,Well the army stole the blueprints way be when,,the Pitcairn’s were in court literaly for 40 years w/our government,,,They won,finally,,but normal people would of never had the money to stick it out,,and our government does that on purpose,,,,just like u said,,,,,maryw
