FED LAW: those who are violating it – is the same who are suppose to enforce it ?

42 U.S. Code § 1395 – Prohibition against any Federal interference

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to authorize any Federal officer or employee to exercise any supervision or control over the practice of medicine or the manner in which medical services are provided, or over the selection, tenure, or compensation of any officer or employee of any institution, agency, or person providing health services; or to exercise any supervision or control over the administration or operation of any such institution, agency, or person.

  2. EVER SINCE THE VERY 1ST RESTRICTION BY ANDREW KOLODY/PROP /,DEA,FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THIS LAW HAS BEEN BROKEN/,VIOLATED,,THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW!!!!MARYW;

  3. What do we do with this information? It’s clear that this has been happening for over a decade. How do we make it stop?

    • JESUS,,THEY HAVE BEEN INFORMED THEY ARE BREAKING THIS LAW SINCE THE VERY VERY 1ST PUBLIC COMMENT PEROID THEY WERE FORCED TO DO,
      I HAVE PERSONALLY WRITTEN AND SENT THIS VERY LAW TO EVERY PUBLIC OFFICIAL EMAIL I CAN GET,,WE NEED A LAWYER TO ENFORCE IT,,,HELL EVEN THE U.N. KNOWS THEIR BREAKING THIS LAW,HRW,KNOWS,INTER-AMERICAN KNOWS,,BUT WE NEED A LAWYER A CONSTITUTONAL LAWYER TO BE WILLING TO ENFORCE IT,,AND TO KEEP INFORMING THEM WE KNW THEIR
