  1. I stand corrected thank you she had been initially charged for it but it was tossed out by the judge. In reading other articles, shes a convicted felon and basically cant visit certain foreign countries.

  2. Martha Stewart was never convicted of insider training. She was found guilty of
    obstruction. Remember if you lie to law enforcement you will do time.If they lie to you its called good police work. If you are approached by any enforcement personnel(police,BOP,DEA,and even loss prevention) keep your mouth shut

  3. Hmmm seems like it may not beginning to pass the smell test. Didnt Martha Stewart serve time for dumping Imclone stock which had later been proven on insider information.?? It looked all on the up and up in the beginning….not accusing anyone of anything….but sure looks suspicious IMHO
