Back in Oct 2011, I blogged about this issue with a 18 yr Walgreen’s veteran .. being fired for eating a bag of snacks to avoid going into hypoglycemia episode.

It would appear that EEOC has taken exception with Walgreen’s action.. and the case is going to court.
