If you do NOTHING… you will get NOTHING ….

Here is a legal website that you can locate attorneys based on specialty and geography

http://www.avvo.com/

Maybe if enough chronic painers contact these attorneys about civil rights violation and medical malpractice it might create a spark and get some action moving forward. Doesn’t matter what stare you are in.. but.. there is a lot of evidence in FLORIDA of Pharmacists refusing to fill legit Rxs.. there is some evidence of wholesalers rationing supplies to community pharmacies … there is evidence that the DEA has stated that they are not DOCTORS and don’t want legit pts to be refused their needed medications.  While FLORIDA was the poster child of the land of “oxy docs” FIVE YEARS AGO…  Somehow our healthcare system has to live in TODAY and not in YESTERDAY !

I know that many chronic painers have contact the Legal Firm of Morgan and Morgan – who professes they are  “for the people” so much so that their website is www.forthepeople.com… I know that what the response was when I contacted them… NOT INTERESTED… and I have been told by others who have contact their firm.. they got the same response…  NOT INTERESTED…

It is is estimated that there are 106 million chronic painers…  today, I saw a ad for this law firm  MORGAN & MORGAN who has the promotional line “FOR THE PEOPLE”… 11 million VW diesels are not meeting an admission standard and MORGAN AND MORGAN is right there “for the people”

  1. I am in NJ, If there is one lawyer or two that everyone is contacting I would like to know.

  2. To target one law firm is a good idea. Or two.

  3. Also, look at the National Association of Medicaid Fraud Unit. Their newsletters are veey interesting drug busts!!

  4. I am under the impression that the “people” that Morgan and Morgan are there for are Jackson, Grant and Franklin or at least as many of those handy wallet-sized, printed on a fine blend of cotton and linen, rectangular-shaped “portraits” that they procure for their services. It appears that the ones who benefit from their excellence are the ones that are willing and able to exchange the greatest number of those darling pocket-sized portraits for the firm’s services. Now I could be wrong, but as I see myself as a reasonable man, I reckoned that this is how most any reasonable man might see this.
