Consumer complaints about major pharmacies

Here is a website that consumers use to complain about pharmacy services from the BIG BOYS.. they have even indexed them by corporate offender

    Hi, thanks for the link. However, I went there and the first (and only) one I clicked on (COSTCO) was a litany of complaints about the store in general and very little about the pharmacy services.

    I did not create the list nor the index… just reported its existence !

    Many of these comments are from folks who have little or no knowledge of the law or pharmacy operations esp when it comes to dealing with 3rd parties. Today I had an angry customer who did not like it that her med was in a unit of use bottle and not an amber vial. So she is going to complain to the DM about that.

    IMO… we need to let the store manager or DM handle more of the unreasonable requests/demands.. if a simple explanation of what is or has to be is does not work… I think we need to label these patients as “informationally deficient”… we have to realize that we are providing poorer service to those behind them.. by taking the time to debate something that is not going to be resolved in their favor or to their wishes.
