A valuable resource !

It is often been stated that a RPH should document work environment problems and express their concerns to management and HR. For those staff RPH’s out there… remember the PIC is responsible for the legal/ethical operation of the Rx dept. Based on theory,  if you have a problem with the work environment… you should be expressing concerns – in writing – to the PIC. Here is a  website (www.pharmsafety.org)  that gives a lot of good pharmacy studies on how stress, fatigue and the overall work environment and the systems in place… put patient safety at risk.
