THOSE NUMBERS HAVE BEEN USED TO JUSTIFY A CRACKDOWN ON PRESCRIPTION PAIN MEDICATIONS THAT LEFT THOUSANDS OF NEVADANS ABANDONED BY THEIR DOCTORS. BUT IS THE STATISTIC LEGITIMATE?
