This is the first in a series depending on the response this one receives. If people do these steps and are interested in the addresses needed to serve subpoenas on the VA and DOJ, I’ll make part II. In the second part, I will also include the language needed to make your case(s) the strongest possible by eliminating what the defense attorneys can use in their motions to dismiss.
