The war on drugs takes two more lives !
Make money through online slot, play today for huge lists of games. A pharmacy owner and a customer were shot to death and two pharmacy employees wounded May 23 in a drug-related robbery at the Down Home Pharmacy in Bean Station, Tenn., about 50 miles northeast of Knoxville.
NCPA member Stephen Ray Lovell, 43, is survived by his wife, two sons, and a daughter. The second person killed was Richard Sommerville, 72, a father of four. Both men died at the scene. The two employees wounded and hospitalized are Janet Collen Cliff, 46, and Alexia Gail Wilson, 45.
The alleged gunman was Jason Bryan Holt, 37, a former local police officer, according to media reports. He was apprehended without incident a short distance from the pharmacy in possession of a handgun and a number of oxycodone pills from the pharmacy, authorities said.
Lovell was a graduate of University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration, as well as a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Creighton University. His family requested in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the Building Fund at First Presbyterian Church of Morristown, 600 W. One has to wonder… if all of these drugs were decriminalized … would these or dozens or hundreds of other incident people would still be alive? I wonder if the family of Stephen Lovell, Richard Sommerville, Janet cliff and Alexia Wilson wishes that we throw more money fighting this war on drugs.. or just let those who are going to abuse some substance to “have at it” and let them have whatever they want… It would seem that after fighting this war on drugs ( Harrison Narcotic Act 1914) for 100 years… that it would seem more logical to “throw in the towel”.

What is wrong with this picture… we keep fighting drug abuse.. while enabling those who abuse drugs to have a “rip chord” to save their asses.. when they do overdose.. so that they can repeat the cycle… over and over again…

This is such a shame. Criminal behavior is making it harder for the patient. My sympathy to the families. I am for the death penalty. A shame that lives are lost anytime. I refused to allow my son to take a job at a convenience store for the same reason during college.
