Political hypocrisy ?

hypocracy

Chris Christie dismisses the issue of gambling and addiction but.. in other statements .. he has stated that if he becomes President he would reset the WAR ON DRUGS back to the 70’s… that is not a good thing…

I am not for or against Christie nor any of the other 200 candidates that are running for President

  1. The war on drugs employs thousands of people. Its a machine just like the Jails/D.O.C and you just can’t erase it. C.C. is a politician weather you like him or not and is playing from certain playbook!
The war on drugs has squandered billion of dollars maybe trillions and have ruined many many lives. I.M.H.O. and must be shut down as soon as possible. The W.O.D. hasn’t even made a dent. There is more cocaine, heroin and methamphetemines in this country now than at any other time in history! NEED I SAY MORE(GRIN)

    • Actually since the Control Substance Act was enacted in 1970… that created the BNDD ( Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs ) which a few yrs later evolved into the DEA… we have spent > ONE TRILLION dollars on this war.. I have not seen a figure of being spent between 1914 when the Harrison Narcotic Act was enacted – which created the black drug market and when we officially declared war in 1970 by a Democratic Congress and Republican President Nixon.
