This is still going thru the legislature… I guess the PBM’s will have to send their army of lobbyists to OK to try and get the bill killed. If it does pass.. it will be interesting if/how the BOP tries to use its authority to reign in the PBM’s virtually monopolists practices…
I find it interesting that nearly all BOP’s will not interfere with a pharmacies business practices – 12-14hr work days, no breaks , excessive volume.. not within their authority.. but .. now the legislature is considering giving the BOP authority over the PBM’s business practices… because it is a threat to public safety..
How many ways can you split a hair ?
