I wonder if this customers got a gift card for “bad service” ?

An Osceola County CVS pharmacy technician said she was chased down and attacked after a customer confronted her and threatened to come after her once she got off work.

  1. I’m guessing she didnt have a cell phone? My mom always told me to stop at either at a police, fire station or gas station and stay in the car and lay on the horn to get someones attention (in days before cell phones, lock the doors, never get out of the car. Not buying their story that she beat them up….yeah while the husband was driving she and his wife are having a knock down drag out in the car. Where was her RPh ro back her up???? I sure as hell would never allow that behavior towards my staff! And I also blame corporates for giving those stupid gift cards for these customers bad behaviors instead of throwing them out of the stores

  2. Anything can happen at CVS. Like your tires get slashed by the customer who did not get what he wanted, or you can have bricks flying through your window, or the gun in the robber’s hand can go off. CVS does not do anything to protect their employees. Even the shoplifter will be given a gift card, and the pharmacy personnel will be ordered to serve him.
