A representative of one primary care provider organization,  said some rates were 70% lower than traditional preferred provider network plans

health insurers would receive commercial-level premiums while paying Medicaid-level reimbursement rates.

Could Obamacare provide “insurance” to many… whose reimbursement rate is so low is that few providers will accept Obamacare ?

But wait a minute… Pharmacists have always been willing to accept very low reimbursement rates… let’s give them provider status and prescriptive authority like they have been seeking… problem solved..

we will figure out later.. if all of them can really properly diagnosis and prescribe…
