  1. Make CVS show you the law citing on that on the DEA website…it doesn’t exist and they will evade the question with you call them on it. Even if it was a law that would be impossible for most people becuase many in rural areas don’t live within a “supposed’ ratio between the doctor and the patients house. Many PM doctors practice in big cities and near large medical centers, not smaller towns. In face, every time CVS tries to tell you it’s DEA law…make them show you or you can look for yourself at http://www.dea.gov

  2. Cvs here in laguna hills refuses to fill my prescription for hydrocodone for my fractured back.. Told them to verify the prescription with my doctor and they refused and threw my prescription back at me… Similar situations at 6 different cvs pharmacies in my area, called the regional manager she said its a dea law not to fill it because of the mile ratio between my doctor and my house?? Only doctor willing to work with my personal injury case from being hit by a car. Asked Walmart pharmacy and my attorney they said no such law exists, what can be done about this? So frustrating, lost so many nights of sleep because of pain

  3. Ok now om pissed again this says hydrocodone HAS BEEN ABKE TO BE GETTING REFILLS WTF ive been having to be seen MONTHLY FOR 3YEARS I ASKED my old dr about this and he said pain doctors must see the patient every month, they even refused to give me refill or an extra prescription when i moved out of state. Idont get it,now im inanother state and yeah its been much easier to fill my prescriptions compared to florida but still have to go in every 30 days its a major pain especially in florida when nobody would ever fill them the last few months i lived there, that is part of the reason i moved away.
