  1. I missed the original
Article – if you have it is love to read it

  2. This comment was on the website might be why it was taken down
Perhaps you should read the state report again. The suspension was stayed in favor of active probation. He is still allowed to practice pharmacy.

  3. Funny how the article was removed…

  4. Their state’s licensing section of meetings minutes doesnt give any info either….tis a puzzlement

  5. Interesting. I agree w/ PK, more questions than answers.

Did anyone read from the link below the main story (about medical records being found lying around a waste management facility)? Sure wouldn’t want to be a patient of the practice who discarded records in this manner.

  6. “The announcement came after the Department of State sanctioned 81 licensed or commissioned professionals or organizations throughout the month of November, said Carol Aichele, secretary of the Commonwealth.”

    Sanctioned for what?

Why does it say this at the bottom: “Anyone who suspects unlicensed activity by an individual or facility…”

I hate “news” articles like this, that leave you with more questions than answers.

  7. Wonder how they found out and even so isn’t that an ADA violation if he was asking for accomodations at work and his employer then turned him into the board based on the information they were given???
