Punishing the 98% for fear of what the other 2 % will do… BUT.. that 2% will find something to abuse regardless what is done or not done

    A loved one is dying of cancer with just days to live and cant speak for themselves, what do the family members do. The treating doctor suggest a morphine drip to ease the pain of this suffering person so they have a death with dignity but family members decide that might make their loved one a addict ,
    even though this dying person just has days to live.

    This is how ignorant a lot of people are.
    That’s just the way it is for most .
