Spare no expense !

stool The Americans with Disability Act (ADA) requires an employer to provide “reasonable accommodations ” for “handicapped” employees..

The picture  showed up in my inbox and reportedly represents the “reasonable accommodations ” for a RPH that works for a national chain/PBM after

KNEE SURGERY !

There is no positive way to measure the height of this stool.. BUT.. it appears to be the same/similar height as a nearby trash can.

Personally, I am no where near the need of a knee replacement…BUT… I know that I would have difficulty getting up/down from that low a stool.

Maybe this is how this chain/PBM  can afford to pay it’s President EIGHTEEN MILLION a year…. by pinching pennies when it comes to their employees… even when it comes to their health and safety…
