This Request for Information (RFI) seeks comment on ensuring Start Printed Page 36112legitimate access to controlled substances, including opioids, while also preventing diversion and abuse, as well as how federal, state, local, and tribal entities can collaborate to address these issues.

  1. What was wrong with the last 20,000 comments?

  2. I always hesitate to comment on these Government sites because I still don’t believe you can do so anonymously! I’m always terrified that any critical comment of what is going on will put me in jeopardy, and so the Government wins again and they know it!!!!

    We are living in a Socialist/Communist nation whether we admit it or not!!! Both parties are guilty. Until the government gets out of Healthcare we will continue to be denied our right to a private doctor/patient relationship. I will repeat the following with my last breath “We are living in Hitler’s Germany and the government controls almost every aspect of our lives! It will only get worse.

  3. Does this RFI include comments from “individual” patients under the heading of “patient groups”?
