Restoring Due Process
Would you accept our judiciary deciding that we no longer have a right of free speech, or privacy or right to bear arms? Of course not! So of course you cannot accept the fact that we no longer have a right of due process.
This cause is about restoring our right of DUE PROCESS that has been usurped by our corrupt legal profession. WE THE PEOPLE, here assembled, do not reflect our political party affiliation. DUE PROCESS is essential to all free people. The term “republican” is used on this website to describe our form of government NOT PARTY AFFILIATION.
Think back to our pledge of allegiance… “I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

To make the salt sting more in this gaping slashing wound Mitch McConnell says the aforementioned attorney Kavanaugh will “be rammed through as our newest Supreme Court Justice”.
DUE PROCESS is dead courtesy of W and Dick Cheney. And this poor misguided POTUS Trump does not have a clue. Calling Ed Snowden a spy and cannot pronounce Habaeus Corpus much less know he has advocated abolishing IT AND MOST OF OUR BILL OF RIGHTS!!
Obama did disappoint many of us civil libertarians. But the Republican Party HAS RAPED US!!!!!
I gotta confess to being a bit confused…is there a specific constitutional right that this is about, or the entire constitution? Is this about pain/medical care, or just everything constitutional? particular abuses? The scope seems very undefined.
Our system is such that politicians can pass bill and they can be signed into law and there is no process to make sure that bills signed into law.. that the law is constitutional.. The only way that a law’s constitutionality is challenged is to have a few million dollars and challenge its constitutionality in the courts.. and if you win… all you get is – maybe – they don’t pass a new law that is similar to the old law and they start all over again… but the lawyers win financially. You can’t sue the government because they have protected themselves by sovereign immunity.. Congress is 40% attorneys – one would think that they would have a fairly good idea that the bills they are passing are constitutional… but… generally that does not seem to be a concern to them.

I sent mine. It’s true. Our rights are being stripped from us. Most all of government are attorneys. They protect themselves but don’t give a crap about what we want or even care to hear. We want the the Constitution restored.
