Oh its not the 1st time the government has literally changed the definitions,,for example,,,cocaine use to be defined as a white powdery substance synthetically extracted from the coca plant,,,In 2012,,,the literally changed the definition of cocaine , to now be defined as the metabolite benzoylecgonine,which is not even a metabolite,,,and took out the white powder substance,,,to go after those who enjoy a cup of coca tea…maryw

  3. The definition in this case is essentially the “targeting computer” for the State’s Hammer of “Do As You’re Told, Or Else” way of maintaining order. Change the definition and the target changes, in this case, to encompass a wider domain. It’s a concept so simple, even a career bureaucrat can understand it.
